Custom printed products<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    All DTF transfer sheets are custom-made products. Each order is produced specifically for the customer based on the uploaded files, selected sizes, quantities and layout.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Because of the custom nature of the product, returns, refunds or cancellations are not accepted after production has started, except where there is a confirmed production error by us.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>2. Cancellations and changes before production<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    You may cancel or change your order before production starts. No reason is required.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Changes may include artwork replacement, size adjustments, quantity changes, delivery details or full cancellation. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>3. Production errors covered by us<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    If your order arrives with a problem caused by our production process, we will take responsibility. Covered production issues may include:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Incorrect print caused by our production error.<\/li>\n    <li>Major colour or print quality issue caused by our production process.<\/li>\n    <li>Damaged, defective or unusable transfer sheets caused before dispatch.<\/li>\n    <li>Wrong item, wrong quantity or wrong production specifications caused by us.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>4. Your options when there is a production error<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    If we confirm that the issue was caused by our production process, we will offer one of the following solutions:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>A full refund for the affected item\/order.<\/li>\n    <li>A free reprint of the same designs with the same specifications.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>5. Issues not covered after production<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    After production has started, we cannot refund or reprint orders for reasons not caused by our production process. This includes:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Wrong artwork uploaded by the customer.<\/li>\n    <li>Spelling mistakes, wrong logos or incorrect design files supplied by the customer.<\/li>\n    <li>Low-resolution, poor-quality or unsuitable files supplied by the customer.<\/li>\n    <li>Incorrect sizes, quantities or placement selected by the customer.<\/li>\n    <li>Colour differences caused by screen display settings, file colour mode or artwork preparation.<\/li>\n    <li>Change of mind after production has started.<\/li>\n    <li>Application\/pressing mistakes made after delivery.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>6. Reporting a problem<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    If you believe your order has a production issue, contact us as soon as possible at <strong>mygrafistas.gr@gmail.com\n\n<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Please include:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Your order number.<\/li>\n    <li>A clear description of the issue.<\/li>\n    <li>Photos or videos showing the problem.<\/li>\n    <li>Photos of the packaging if the order arrived damaged.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>7. Review process<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    We will review the submitted information and compare it with the order details, uploaded files and production specifications. If the issue is confirmed as our production error, we will proceed with a refund or reprint.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>8. Shipping issues<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    If an order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue with the courier.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>9.
